At Rolling Smoke BBQ Company, we are passionate about providing our customers with the best barbeque experience possible. Our journey began in 2004 with a Comfort Food restaurant in California, now we are excited about our BBQ Smoker trailer and a dream to bring authentic Southern-style BBQ to Southern Oregon.
Our menu is a true celebration of Southern-style barbecue. We use only the finest quality meats, seasoned with our secret blend of spices, slow-smoked over mixed wood for up to 14 hours to create the perfect flavor and tenderness. We also offer a range of delicious sides, from mac and cheese to corn salad, to complement our meats.
Chef and pitmaster, Shannon is passionate and dedicated about her love of BBQ and tending to the smokers day and night. Co-owner Terry, has a passion for people and local small business. Rolling Smoke BBQ Company is committed to providing you with the best possible BBQ experience.
At Rolling Smoke BBQ Company, we specialize in Southern-style BBQ, which means we use a dry rub and slow-smoke our meats over Apple and Hickory wood for 14 to 16 hours. This creates a crispy bark on the outside and a juicy, tender inside.
